Data deletion
The current version of WaveApp does not require an account. Contract tracker data is stored locally on your device.
Option 1: Delete data from the app (if available)
- Open the WaveApp app
- Go to Settings
- Open Contract Tracker (or Local Data)
- Tap Delete / Reset (if this option exists) and follow the instructions
Option 2: Uninstall the app
You can remove WaveApp from your device to delete local app data (including contract tracker data). Note: if your device/platform keeps any backups, you may need to remove WaveApp data from backups as well.
Future accounts (Account deletion)
If WaveApp introduces accounts in a future version, you will be able to request account deletion by email. We will update this page with in-app steps if/when accounts are added.
Request deletion by email
Send an email to support@waveapp.me with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request.
Important:
- Please send the request from the same email address that is linked to the account you want to delete.
- If you no longer have access to that email address, we may ask for additional proof of identity to confirm account ownership before we can process the deletion.
